Even 1mm holes: they help to remove air bubbles during baking and to better distribute the heat for a crispy crust. High end spring stainless steel ring. Easy mould release. Use: place the ring directly on the cooking support, line it and make the tart. When it has finished baking, turn it out by carefully pulling the ring by the top.
